What is Primary Run?
The single verification run published on the certificate and marketplace cards.
Beginner note: A certificate is the verification dossier for a listing — read it free before you purchase.
Primary Run is the one verification backtest QuantNest publishes for a listing. Marketplace cards and certificates show metrics from this run — not best-ever aggregates across all historical attempts.
Why it matters
- One symbol · one timeframe · one recorded window — so you know exactly what was verified.
- Footnotes on cards point you to the certificate for full context.
- If card and certificate disagree, trust the certificate and report the mismatch.
