Card and certificate metrics do not match

Trust the certificate primary run and report mismatches.

Troubleshooting guide

Work through these steps in order. If the issue persists, note what you tried and contact Support.

Marketplace cards must show primary run metrics. If Sharpe, return, or trade count differ from the certificate, capture both screenshots and the listing URL — email support.

  1. 01Refresh the page — cache may be stale after re-verification.
  2. 02Confirm you are comparing the same symbol and timeframe.
  3. 03Trust certificate primary run over card aggregates.
