How to run your first backtest
Open Studio from a owned listing and reproduce verification on your settings.
After purchase, open Studio from My strategies or the listing detail page. Studio runs backtests on your chosen symbol and timeframe — private runs do not change the public certificate.
Checklist
- Confirm you own the listing (My strategies or purchase confirmation).
- Select symbol and timeframe — match the certificate window when comparing.
- Run backtest and inspect trades, metrics, and chart replay.
- Compare your run to the certificate primary run — differences may be expected (see Studio vs certificate).
